ESTIMATED TRANSIT & DELIVERY TIMES.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
International orders can take at least 5 to 25 business days to arrive and are shipped using DHL, GLS, DPD or UPS Ground and UPS Air Freight International. Transit time can also take longer due to customs delays, due do a strike or a pandemic etc. When you place an order outside the EU, you will have to send us your National ID number, or Company name & VAT number for us to fill out the required customs form.
Please Note: Movade Scooters is not responsible for additional customs charges, brokerage fees or duties and taxes that may applied to get your package delivered.

EU DOMESTIC ORDERS.
All current orders placed within the EU ship from Scharbeutz, Germany.
*Orders placed Monday through Friday are usually processed within 24-48 hrs for in stock items, custom or out of stock items take a little longer. Please review the table below that shows the Domestic Estimated Delivery Time for most orders traveling cross country. Shipments to Southern Germany (Such as Munich or Stuttgart) generally take 4-7 business days and can potentially take longer due to shipping delays.
**These are not guaranteed delivery dates and times, Deliveries could take longer due to weather conditions or carrier problems. Delivery dates do not include order processing times. These are only estimated delivery times for shipments.
Orders placed after 1PM EST are processed on the next business day. Movade does not process orders on Holidays or weekends.

US DOMESTIC ORDERS.
We are currently getting domestic shipping set up within the US. All orders placed within the US, Canada or Mexico are shipped from Tampa, Florida.

ORDER AND SHIPPING FAQ.
WHERE CAN I GO TO CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you an email to the provided email address with your Tracking number, as well as what company will be shipping your product (UPS, DHL, FEDEX) so you can check your order's every step. Make sure you have your order number and email address used to place the order.
WHAT BOXES ARE SCOOTERS SHIPPED IN?
All scooters parts come in a Movade branded box that is clearly branded/marked as our product. If you have a package delivered to you that is not recognizable please send us an email to verify the the package is ours. If we are unable to get back to you, or we cannot verify that it is our box and you do not feel safe, please call your local authorities, such as your local police or fire department to handle the box.
WHICH SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU USE?
Movade Scooters ships all merchandise via DHL, DPD, GLS, FEDEX or UPS. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to a PO box at this time.
Please verify and double check that your shipping address is entered correctly as there is a 15€ rerouting fee (per package) to correct or adjust a shipping address after your order has been shipped. Multiple reroutes will result in multiple, and potentially higher fees.
Please note: Movade Scooters does not have the ability to control how our carriers move your package. Once your package has been tendered to a carrier the delivery date, destination routing, and delivery speed is controlled by that carrier. Movade Scooters is not responsible or liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during the shipping process. If a package is severely delayed due to the shipping carrier, please contact us directly and we will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
Packages shipped using UPS have the option to customize deliveries using the UPS Delivery Manager.
CAN I CHANGE OR EDIT MY ORDER ONCE IT IS PLACED?
Contact us immediately after placing your order, and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request. Our team tends to process and fill orders very quickly, so the time window for changes or cancellations is very short.
Orders that have left our care and have already been sent out for shipping or have been sent cannot be cancelled or modified.

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?
You can get a shipping estimate by adding items to your cart. Your cost will change depending on your location and overall cost. We do provide free shipping to any customer ordering within Germany over 250€ of physical goods (this does not include gift cards), any customer within the EU with an order of over 500€ (this does not include gift cards), and provide free shipping for any customers ordering in the USA, Canada or Mexico over 1000€ worth of physical goods (this does not include gift cards).

Unfortunately coupons cannot be applied after the purchase is complete.

HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER OR PARTS SHIP?
Non custom items are usually processed within 24-48 hours. If your order is processed and shipped in less than 48 hours, please feel free to email our team (movadeproscooters@gmail.com) and give them a shout out.
*Custom built/cut scooters & scooter parts can take an extra 1 to 3 business days to process and ship.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED AND MY PARTS WILL SHIP?
You will receive a confirmation email informing you that your order has been sent to processing. Additionally you will receive an email from one of our carriers once your package has been accepted. Please refer to the carrier email for a tracking number; this will allow you to track the package in real time. If you have attempted to track your package without success, please feel free to reach out to our department via email and we will inform you on your current package shipment.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes we ship worldwide; Movade Scooters uses UPS and DHL for both Domestic and International shipments, however we cannot accept card payments from every country. If your country is an exception, please use one of our other ways of payment, such as PayPal or Giropay.

DO YOU COLLECT TAXES?
For online purchases we do not collect local taxes for the following German city state: Hamburg as we fall under the catagory of Kleinunternehmer, § 19 UStG.

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (ANYWHERE IN EUROPE INCLUDED): DO WE HAVE TO PAY FOR CUSTOMS/BROKERAGE FEES AND CHARGES?
Please check with your government's customs agency to determine if custom charges will apply to your order. Each country has different laws and charges and we are not able to keep track of all of them and their changes, we are not responsible for those charges.
