MOVADE SCOOTERS SHIPPING AND DELIVERY.
At this time, Movade Scooters ships merchandise to locations within Germany and other countries including but not limited to; France, Spain, UK., the United States and others. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. We ship 3 days per week, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and strive to process and ship your order within 1-2 business days (not Saturday or Sunday) from it being placed. At times we will ship orders same day and at times they may take longer than 2 business days. Out of stock items will ship immediately when they are received back in stock.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS COULD BE SUBJECT TO CUSTOMS CHARGES, IMPORT CHARGES, VAT, ETC. PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR GOVERNMENT CUSTOMS AGENCY TO DETERMINE IF THESE WILL APPLY TO YOUR ORDER. EACH COUNTRY HAS DIFFERENT LAWS AND CHARGES AND WE CAN NOT KEEP TRACK OF THEM ALL.

SALES TAX.
Movade Scooters does not yet charge sales tax ordered on movadescooters.com due to us being a small business owner in the state of Hamburg (Kleinunternehmer, § 19 UStG)
MOVADE SCOOTERS RETURN POLICY.
All sales of custom-made items are final including but not limited to the following; pre-cut bars or parts that require us to assemble them for you. Only non-custom or unused items in brand new condition may be returned for refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase. There will be a 15,00€ restocking fee when returning an eligible item. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless customer service has authorized an exception. Please email movadeproscooters@gmail.com for returns or exchanges so you can receive return authorization and shipping instructions.

If your scooter part breaks, and it is determined that the damage was caused by a manufacturing defect, you have 60 days from the date of purchase to notify us about the defect. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless customer service has authorized an exception. Please email movadeproscooters@gmail.com for more information to see if you are eligible for our 60-day warranty.
VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
Although the information on this Web site is accessible worldwide, not all products or services discussed in this Web site are available to all persons or in all geographic locations or jurisdictions. Movade Scooters reserves the right to limit the provision of their products or services to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction they so desire and to limit the quantities of any products or services that they provide. TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS.
In the event that a Movade Scooters product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Movade Scooters reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Movade Scooters reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit/debit card charged. If your credit/debit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Movade shall issue a credit to your credit/debit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
TERM; TERMINATION.
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Movade Scooters without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
